Oh sweet jesus I love the things you can do with a wacom tablet and photoshop if you fucking have the know-how.  Things like this are my fucking fantasy.

I'm guessing he sketched it out and used brushes in Photoshop. It's not the Wacom Tablet, Its his arm. :)
