Alright, I downloaded a copy of Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 using Bit torrent.
Theres 3 files included, One is a .BIN file, One is an MS information document (is corrupted but I can read it through notepad), And the other is a CUE file. The BIN file is 550mb, So I'm guessing thats where all of the poo is stored.
How exactly do I install this, Or is there a way to extract the files from the BIN file?

the .bin and .cue combined make a disc image. Try using Nero or a high end disc burning utility to make a copy then mount it.
