Non-committal playlists!  You sign in, make a playlist, add songs and share with others.  I don't think it's legal but nobody's gone after it yet.  You can also upload songs if they're not present.

This is really really fucking cool btw, I'm looking forward to spending time to put some of my mixes online that I might easily access them at work.

I'm gonna hook all of my coworkers on it.

the only drawback is that some of the less known mixes I can't seem to find. I'm hesitant to upload music though as i'm pretty sure its akin to hosting music for download or play.
