ArtPadFun, digital painting application, flash based. Not the most sophisticated tool, but you can create some pretty neat things in it and you can also play back a video of your painting, which no matter how much your end product sucks, still makes you feel pretty awesome.
At the risk of my own embarrassment, I will show you a few things I have done in the program. Keep in mind, I am no artist, these were done with a mouse, and I generally suck at THE ART. But it will give you an idea of some of the things you can do with it.
That second one I actually rather like, mainly because the eyes were hard as fuck to do with a mouse, and the nose came out pretty good. Again, used a mouse. So yeah.
Normally, you can "save" your creation and it will give you a link to the play back video, but that feature wasn't working for whatever reason for me, so I just took screen grabs of the finished product. I'd imagine you art folks could create some pretty neat things with this, though, so let's see it!
