I use Firefox for the most part but find that IE is best for web based email.
It's nice to see that IE is taking some good things from Firefox and Google. Since it's still the standard and probably is what most people will be using.

Firefox for web browsing, Thunderbird for email, OpenOffice for work, GAIM for instant messenging, Real and Quicktime Alternative, Xvid.
Open source for teh win.
