I'm really liking Fringe a lot more now that they aren't trying to be the lite beer version of the X-Files as much

So I'll be honest: I've seen every episode of True Blood. It's got good cliff-hangers, some nice plotting and some fairly realized vampire characters. The chick-lit series feel is still there, but the influence is felt less. There's some just weird ideas that the show can use simply because it's not on a network (Example: one vampire twists the head of another around backwards during intercourse and the broken vampire, being immortal, does not die). The flaws: I find most of the small town stuff to be incredibly irritating. I understand why the majority of these characters were introduced. I understand the purpose they play in the series but do they ever drag this show down. Some of them aren't so bad. One character gets her first good arc since the series began in the third season. Also, the show has hit the point where I know that every newly introduced character has some special powers and it's only a matter of time until we find out what magical abilities these suspiciously attractive people possess.
I don't know. I guess I'll stick around to see where True Blood is going.

Alright. I know I keep ramming this down people's throats. The Venture Brothers finale was simply awesome.

Was it like, the finale finale? Or just the season. Is it over forever?

You really really do. Updates to my hulu queue today include: 30 Rock, The Office, Community. In all seriousness though, I think you guys are a little too hard on The Office. I agree that its definitely not what it used to be, but its been on long enough now that to survive it couldn't possibly stay the same. Jim and Pam aren't what the show is about anymore because they're married and who the fuck cares? Are they still married. Yes. Okay great. I actually give the show a lot of credit for switching focus pretty seamlessly and still being funny. I think you're all just haters, pretty much, which is funny because no one hated The Office more than me when it started.

You should you should! It helps so much to get over the whole Jim and Pam thing. Like, once you let that go you realize "Oh hey its actually not that bad some of the other characters are pretty good!"
Like Darrell is a lot more of a main character now and he's pretty awesome and him and Andy are friends now and its pretty cool. Plus the whole Andy and Erin thing is pretty cute, and the dude she is dating, Gabe is soooooo obnoxious. Also Michael and Holly! Come on!

Community is like, my favourite show on tv I think. Either that or maybe Modern Family. That's pretty good, too.

I thought the DnD episode was a little weak on the actual humour side of things but still really well written. This week's episode was hilarious. More than once it had me actually laughing out loud.

I watched one episode of 'Breaking Bad' and I was instantly hooked. Two nights I've stayed up till obnoxiously late watching the show. I HIGHLY recommend it, if no one has already. Absolutely excellent

Recent TV shows I've watched entirely: Party Down: A - Sort of like a more raunchy version of the office, without the 'interviews' Quite amusing Breaking Bad: A - Simply couldn't stop watching it. Excellent Sons of Anarchy: B+ - I'd seen episodes randomly on TV but now that I've watched it start to finish I can say I quite enjoyed it. Looking forward to season 4
Currently Watching/Airing: True Blood (at long last, I know) - Corny somewhat, but curious. I'm only 3 episodes in. Game of Thrones (when it airs this weekend) Superjail - New episodes are perhaps not as good as the old, though that might change Fringe - Just got the OK for a fourth season! Fuck yes!

First of all, congrats on having 777 posts. Secondly, what makes the second season of Super Jail not as good? On a sort of related note, here is the band that wrote the opening song (in the first season atleast): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGLsAkeRd84
