Cleaning MacBook screen

So, my Macbook has gathered a decent collection of fingerprints and stuff. What solution or cloth or whatever should I use to clean it?

Turn off the computer, take out the battery and let the MacBook sit for like 5 minutes. Then take a damp paper towel and wipe the screen. Then take a dry one and dry it.
