1. This is a community of fine upsatanding internet citizens. If you're looking for a place to hang your hat everyday; a place where you can talk about the newest Final Fantasy movie one minute, then about how much you would like to shoot AJ in the gut with a crossbow; a place where everybody knows your name; you've found it. Just don't piss us off too serverely, or you're out.

2. The Asshat - The wild west of the Space Pirate Boards

a. If you can't asshat, stay out of asshat. We don't want you.
b. If all you can do is asshat, stay there and make it easier for the Overminds.

Keep arguments within the confines of Debate and Asshat. There's nothing wrong with stating your opinion on the matter, but when you're doing multiple posts in a thread on the same matter it's redundant and uninteresting for others to read. People are allowed to disagree on the Internet and no ammount of caps lock or "fag!"'s are going to change anyone's opinion.

4. All threads regarding technology (ex. "Apple Switches to Pentium") belong in the Tech Barn. This is not retroactive.

I think it can be said that I take all this way too seriously.

I would like to propose that we compare the progression of this website to the history of the United States of America. Both have very turbulent and rocky starts where crucial advances were made in a form of fortunate chaos.
After the smoke of revolution cleared in 1778, a constitution was drafted to maintain order in a land of good and plenty. The U.S. constitution was (indirectly) created by the people of that infant nation. The same will stand true for this internet-state.
Be assured that this isn't an open canvas for you to smear you disaesed feces all over, but a suggestion box for you to stuff that feces into.
When the rules thread is completed it will be visible for all to adhere to and for sticklers to quote. One year from now (which is about fifty years in real time) you will be able to look at your webchildren and say: "stop posting psyduck, son."

First and foremost, I would like to address AJ.

Until now I have been very lenient on letting you get away with things. Because this site is so small and we really don’t have much of a community, I’ve let you stay on board because you’re one more person contributing. However, it has gotten to the point where it is not even worth it. I have deleted more of your posts than everyone else’s combined. Out of everyone, you have added the least amount of positive contribution to this message board and it has recently gotten to the point where your presence is not just unproductive, but detrimental. When I say that I’m sick of your trolling and worthless banter I’m sure I’m not alone, and let me tell ya – I’m really fucking sick of it. Do whatever you want in the Asshat posts, I couldn’t care less. That’s what its there for. Unfortunatly, its impossible to decipher between your posts there and in every other forum.

I’ve told you in the past that before you post ask yourself if what you say is funny, informative, or generally entertaining. Since you either have poor judgment on this criteria or are blatantly ignoring me, I’m going to start enforcing it upon you. Every one of your posts from now on that I don’t consider to fall under any three of those requirements will be deleted. If your post consists of an emoticon, I will delete it. If you reply with one word, I will delete it. If you reply to a subject with nothing to add other than trolling, I will delete it.

I’m the first to admit that you’ve said many funny things in the past. However, for every one of those you’ve said 50 worthless or annoying things, and its just not worth it anymore. You can be a good poster if you try, because I’ve seen you. Now I’m going to make you.
