Pandora definitely, plus it's free.
If you want a fun, quick, time killing game I suggest Flight Control or Drop 7, both are very cheap.
Most Newspapers have applications now too which you can use to easily read and organize their online content.

The New York Times app is free!
Also, get Peggle. And never put it down.

Yeah, Pandora and NY Times were the first two apps I downloaded.
I also got the level, and I hung a poster today using it, and it looks slightly crooked. Hmm.
Pssh, Peggle is $4.99. I'm looking for FREE.

Give it some time, the developers might drop the price. I also psshed at the $4.99 price tag, but the next week it dropped to 99 cents as a special offer. Totally worth it.

They dropped the price that week to put Peggle higher on the top app leaderboards. Then they raised the price back to normal and reaped the benefits.
Peggle already has all the exposure it can probably get so I doubt there will be another sale. I paid full price for my version and still found it very much worth it (though I am also one of those idiots who buys 10 dollar iphone games).
