Oh maaaan, swings are fun. I still get into competitions with friends to see who can jump the furthest off a swing set.

And yeah, the beach is cool too.

my old elementary school had these super tall swing sets (like 25-30 feet, honestly)  and you could go SOOOO high. So high, in fact, that a couple kids broke their legs or hands from jumping off of it, so you lost recess privaleges if they ever saw you doing it (and they watched the set like hawks)

needless to say, my friends would come back after school and make parachutes out of sheets and bags and stuff to see if we could slow our descent. I used to go back there when I was in high school to relax, because you got such nice, beautiful arcs that lasted forever. Big swings kick ass, man.  Unfortunately they tore them down about 4 years back, as well as the jungle gyms, the wooden playground (which was incredible) and even the fucking sandbox. All replaced with gaudy plastic sets that aren't half as good.  mad

One day when I have a house I'll have a swing in my back yard. Good shit.

1. I think walks are the quintessential number one. Especially with a lover. Or with Frogbert, even if he hates it.
2. Gelato
3. Swimming
4. Napping in the sun
5. Manhunt or Freeze Tag

Lets have a game day, guys.  unsmith

2. Eating
3. Playing with my stupid dogs
4. Reading
5. I don't know, skipping?

Walks seem to be a theme. Let's organize a mass summer walk through West Chester to take da power back. Or go to a bar, I dunno.

Its okay but is pretty overpriced (overpriced beer in a gaudy brewpub chain restaurant? whaa?) I dunno its worth it to try I guess. They've got a lot of fancshy shmanshy flavours, sort of akin to the Sam Adams speciality brew lines. And you can do taster assortments and stuff. Its neat I guess...if you're into that pretentious shit. I prefer MacKenzie's maself - a lot more resonably priced and really tasty brews. Also not a retail outlet masquerading as a brewpub. Dunno if they have a patio tho.

Anyway, my list:

5. Lay on the grass
4. Drive with my windows down and my radio blasting to compensate for the sound of rushing wind
3. Cookouts
2. Go to the beach - don't do this NEARLY enough
1. Sit outside at dusk and have a drink and a smoke (or two...or three....or four....you get the idea)

I thought MacKenzie's beer was kind of lame when I tried it. But whatever. As long as I can drink outside, I'll be happy.

What did you have? I usually drink their Unicorn Red Ale (or whatever they have that's close to that) and once they had a special brew on tap...a Scottish style ale. I can't remember what it was for the life of me, it has a silly name, but it was also delicious. Heavy, brown, slightly sweet and malty. Mmmm buurr.....
