Go to the iTunes store, then at the bottom left should be the podcast section.  NPR's All Songs Considered has a nice list of concerts available for download, one of which is Animal Collective from September 28 of this year.

The host offers pretty lame commentaries on the shows, but thankfully he only talks for about a minute each at the beginning and end.
