My little cousins were over and they made me feel like James Dean and Che Guevera roled up into one.

Last semester my awesome drawing teacher took us to the zoo to draw the animals. When we all went out seperate ways to different animals, an elementary school field trip of local city kids noticed me. A bunch of them ran up excitedly and went "Are you an artist?" They all watched me draw the giraffe's ridiculous leaf-chewing face, wide eyed. Whenever I passed that same group later in the day, they all went "Hiiiii Dave!" It was the best thing ever. I felt like a superhero.

1) Watching a movie that makes me laugh until my stomach hurts.
2) Recording songs, and then listening to them on CD.
3) Holding a good conversation with someone for 30 minutes or more.
4) Getting a pleasant customer at the bagel store, which is on the oh so unpleasant Main Line.
5) Thinking I did bad on an exam/paper/speech and then getting an A on it.

That's what everyday is like for me during my summer preschool job.   It's an awesome feeling, I love it.

I might have to knock out that rock-climbing business and replace it with "Jamming outside with strangers." I did that yesterday for hours and hours, and it was an amazing feeling.

It's even better when nobody else speaks a lick of english. :cat:  A cousin of that would be learning latin dances from illegal immigrant latinos.  Never thought there were so many in W.C.

No order.

5. Finishing a piece of art.   Whether it be a sketch, painting, comic, watercolor, anything.   During the process itself I can feel cumbersome and dishearten but whenever I actually finish I immediately want to start another.

4. Jumping.   Jumping is just a great fun thing to do.   Trampolines and Moon Bounces only add to the awesome.

3. Having a line or crowd form behind me at an arcade.   At the age of 7 I would destroy 15 year olds at any fighting game on the Jersey shore.   Now its all Dance Dance, yeeck.

2. Hanging out with little kids.

1. Seeing a great movie during the Spring Time.   Something about spring makes awesome movies seem more awesome.   Example: Kill Bill.   I felt on fire after seeing that.

Could you start copying and pasting these into threads in the main forum? I miss reading these from days of yore on Nick's site...
