coldplay is one of those bands that i should probably be embarrassed about liking.
it was from a few nights ago, when i didn't sleep and did homework, and the whole time i listened to coldplay and music i liked in middle school (like blink 182 and third eye blind and stroke 9), and then i ate pancakes when the sun came up. it was sickeningly sentimental? and also the whole thing came out of nowhere.

I like Coldplay and am comfortable enough to say it. They write really good songs for High School mixtapes and television commercials. They've become overhyped because they don't scream and that means people over 40 can like them. Thos people put them on a pedestal and tailgate their concerts with wine and crackers.

They were playing at the House of Blues in Atlantic City when I was there over the summer. Unfortunately, it was 21+ only. Dammit.
