Smoking outlawed in public places in LA

Ah, in my town, it doesn't work this way. Smoking anywhere on the premises of a smoking-banned building can result in the owner being fined, with larger fines for each subsequent offense. So owners pretty much have to patrol their buildings.

Which sucks.
